Question by dirtydiana24: PokerStars?
How much money can you have in one pokerstars account before it won’t hold any more? I am talking about play money. Right now I have about 2 million. Will it keep adding up or will it finally reach a limit.

LOL Not a clue. But if you have 2 million in play money, time to move on to real money (as in the 2-4 cents limits). But I wouldn’t recommend pokerstars though. I’ve had similar miracle cards that looked like it was designed to induce betting to create a higher rake for the site. Here, I’ll explain.
First time it happened, I was dealt king of diamonds and ten of hearts. Flop came out 10 (clubs)-3 (spades)-king (hearts). Slow played it and turn came out ace (clubs). My oppoennt bets, I raised quite a bit, he calls. River comes: king of clubs. Okay, so now I have a full house. I push him all-in and he’s got jack and 2 of clubs, giving him the house. Okay, that was pretty entertaining, let’s move on to the next one.
I was dealt queen and ten of spades. Flop comes out: 3 (spades)-queen (diamonds)-queen (clubs). Sweet! I flopped a set so I slow play it once more by checking it around. Turn is king of clubs and everybody checks some more. River comes ten of clubs giving me, yet, another house. My opponent bets again and I raised him all in. The guy had 6 and 3 of clubs, yet, again, giving him a flush.
This didn’t happen in a span of a few hours; no, no, no, it happened inbetween two hands that I folded consecutively. Now what are the odds in that happening? One in ten thousand? If you don’t believe me, I’ll e-mail my hand history to you, I still have it. Suffice it to say, I took all my money out of pokerstars because if it can happen there to someone else, it can happen to me too.

The question has been asked time and time again. Is Pokerstars a fixed site? There have been news stories, magazine articles and blogs dedicated to this very question. If you search hard enough, you will even find some videos on YouTube that seem quite convincing that the entire Pokerstars site is fixed. This invokes concern and paranoia in the heads of the hundreds of thousands of players playing on Pokerstars today, quite understandably. Here we will go over the reasons why this question has been asked so fervently and let you have the real answer once and for all.
Pokerstars has been a part of the online poker genre since 2025. After Pokerstars began, many other sites, seeing their success, decided to follow suit. Unfortunately, these other poker playing sites did not take the security measures necessary to protect their players. Many of them, most recently, Absolute Poker, landed themselves in the media limelight with claims that administrators were using their account administration abilities to view other players cards and ensuring them a win every time. Of course, this is one of the main reasons why Pokerstars now is constantly battling with the question of whether their site is fixed or not. You can be sure though, this time of thing is not happening at Pokerstars.
Pokerstars, unlike all of the other poker sites online today, has the best reputation with novice players and professionals alike. Players have flocked to Pokerstars time and time again because of their great reputation for being run by poker players, for poker players. Pokerstars also has many World Series Of Poker winners often playing at their tables who clearly endorse the integrity of the site. Pokerstars also states that they have experienced poker players working around the clock to resolve complaints of other players. This makes the site a much more comfortable and secure place to play when players know that the person they are making a complaint to knows what they are talking about.
Pokerstars has also taken very extreme measures when it comes to cheating. They have made a clear list on their website of which programs are and are not allowed to be running while playing on Pokerstars. The administration at Pokerstars is constantly monitoring their games 24/7. If one of the prohibited programs is found to be running by a player, Pokerstars will ask them to stop immediately. If this request is not granted, the player’s account will be closed indefinitely.
Another question that has come up regarding whether Pokerstars is fixed is the question of card shuffling. Many players tend to believe that Pokerstars’ card shuffling practices are rigged. Rest assured though, this is proven to be untrue. Pokerstars has hired several different independent auditors who have verified that the shuffle is not rigged. These reports are posted on the Pokerstars website for your review. To even further analyze the cards dealt on Pokerstars, you can even check your own hand history for any given tournament or amount of time. All in all, it has been proven time and time again that Pokerstars is not a fixed site.
