Betfair, one of the best Euro poker sites online, is running a series of satellites to the World Series of Poker this year. Between April 5th and June 5th there are a total of nine Main Event and thirty Side Event packages guaranteed.

Main Event package winners will receive a lot in addition to their $10k buy-in. You also get ten nights of accommodations and breakfast, admission to a welcome event, and spending money. This package is worth a total of $14.5k.

You can win a Main Event package by playing the Main Event Qualification Final scheduled for Sundays at 20:00 CET. To buy-in directly, you will pay $320. If your bankroll can't handle such a high buy-in, $320 tournament tickets can be won by playing one of the twelve daily WSOP qualifiers. You have a lot more to gain from this than with that Roulette bonus!

If you would rather win your way into a smaller side event, you need to play the Side Event 54 Qualification Finals on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will also need $320 to pay for these satellites. You will receive an entry into Event 54 with the Side Event package ($1,000 buy-in). It also includes seven nights of accommodations and spending money. This package is worth a total of $3,600.

Receive another chance to qualify for a WSOP package by getting your Players Club level as high as possible. Doing this can score you tickets to Shooter tourneys that will run in early June. Six Shooter tourneys are scheduled, and each one has $5.7k WSOP packages up for grabs. If you win one of these packages, you get to play in a $1k and a $1.5k WSOP event.

The top Texas Holdem sites attach certain terms and conditions to their promos, and it is always important to view them before participating. If you win a WSOP package on their site, you will be required to wear Betfair patches during your event. It is your responsibility to gather the necessary travel documents for travel to the US. You will also have to arrange for your own travel to the States.

Some other interesting items to note: you don't have to participate in an event for which you win a seat. You can actually transfer your seat to another player. On the other hand, you cannot receive cash in lieu of the event package. You probably won't want to compete for multiple WSOP packages because unlike most poker sites, Betfair does not give you cash for subsequent seats won. You are, instead, given a different live event package worth the same amount. If your WSOP event were cancelled for some reason, you would also receive a live event package of equal value for another series.
