Nicolle Wallace is an NBC News political analyst and host of MSNBC's "Deadline: White House," which airs weekdays at 4 p.m. ET. Wallace frequently appears on NBC News' "TODAY" and "NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt" to analyze the latest developments from the White House and across the political landscape, while serving as a fill-in host for MSNBC's "The 11th Hour with Brian Williams." In her ongoing series for NBC News, "In Trump We Trust," Wallace talks to Americans throughout the country about why they voted for President Donald Trump and how they feel about the president.Wallace contributed regularly to special reports and major events for both NBC News and MSNBC during the 2016 presidential election, including the Republican and Democratic National Conventions, President Donald Trump's address to a joint session of Congress, and other major national stories. She also conducted exclusive one-on-one conversations with former Florida Governor Jeb Bush and New Jersey Governor Chris Christie at the height of the 2016 campaign.
Before joining NBC News as an analyst, Wallace served as a co-host of ABC's "The View." Previously, she was White House Communications Director to President George W. Bush. She also served as senior adviser to the McCain-Palin campaign in 2008.
Wallace is a California native and graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism. She is also a best-selling author of Eighteen Acres, It's Classified, and Madam President.
She lives in Connecticut with her husband, Mark, a former Ambassador to the United Nations, their son, Liam, and their vizslas, Lilly and Honey.
